Distinguished professionals in the field of human resources, today we're embarking on a transformative journey that encompasses the entire employee experience. As we navigate the ongoing digital revolution, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in various dimensions of HR offers unprecedented opportunities to drive organizational success, increase employee engagement and create an environment where human potential and technological capabilities can flourish harmoniously. Join me as we explore how AI can revolutionize recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, talent management, performance assessment and employee well-being, while ensuring a positive, human-centered experience in the future of the workforce.

What is the common denominator of teams that successfully recruit and retain? They develop talent. Their managers initiate different conversations. Leaders are opening up new and unprecedented employment paths, in line with the transformation of skills that is shaking up our organizations. Among these emerging practices, some are pushing the boundaries of traditional patterns that your organization might not immediately value.
From talent value proposition to skills enhancement, these precursory behaviors are a response to explicit expectations regarding the work experience. They are also the beginnings of a new talent economy.
These simple, common-sense behaviours, observed in field teams, are the hallmarks of modern working environments, widely embraced by candidates and employees of all ages and backgrounds.
In an era of major social and technological upheaval, these new managerial practices are aligned to meet the aspirations of leaders and talent alike.

In today's ever-evolving business landscape, the success of organizations hinges on their ability to adapt and innovate. One critical challenge that many organizations face is the widening gap between the skills their workforce possess and the skills required to stay competitive. This gap is setting some organizations back 5-7 years behind their competitors who have gained wisdom about their workforce.
Skill shifts continue to accelerate, with the total number of skills required for a single job increasing annually at greater than 5%. One third of skills listed on today’s job postings won’t be needed in 2024. The World Economic Forum estimates that half of all employees will need reskilling by 2025, while closing the global skills gap could add an estimated $11.5 trillion to global GDP by 2028. Some organizations continue to value job experience over demonstrated skills and potential, while others regard skills as critical to defining work, deploying talent with agility, managing careers and valuing employees.
There is an opportunity for collective action to strengthen reskilling and upskilling initiatives. Imagine what we can do if every one of us can play a role in this conversation in our organizations. During this session we will share reasons and examples for how to measure and gain richer and deeper insights about the skill gap. This presentation will explore:
